The Honourable Tim Uppal, Minister of State for Democratic Reform, will speak about democratic reform to members of the Rotary Club of Ladner on Tuesday, August 14th, 2012. The Minister is scheduled to speak at approximately 12:30 p.m.

The speech will take place at the Delta Town & Country Inn, 6005 Highway 17 (River Road) in Delta, British Columbia.

The Minister will be available for questions and photos following his speech.
