Minister of State Uppal discusses fair representation with key community leaders

Toronto, Ontario (October 2, 2011) – The Honourable Tim Uppal, Minister of State for Democratic Reform, spoke this weekend at a roundtable on fair representation hosted by Mr. Victor Oh, chair of the Canada-China Business Communication Council.
